Refund policy
Destyned Path accepts returns or exchanges for the value of approved merchandise with tags still in tact within 7 days of delivery date.
We offer returns, exchanges and store credit for items in original condition (meaning unwashed, unworn and unaltered, tag in tact). Final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. Final sale items include: accessories, intimates, gift cards, mystery bundles, warehouse sales, subscription boxes and last chance sale items.
We do not do price adjustments on previously bought merchandise and items bought during special store promotions are available for store credit only. Destyned Path has the right to refuse any items if they do not meet the above criteria.
Once we receive your return, the refund total will be credited back to the method of payment used during checkout. Please allow up to 14 business days for Destyned Path to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please be aware that Destyned Path is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit, including international shipments. Any claims or issues regarding lost or stolen packages should be directed to the shipping carrier and local customs authorities.

Exchanges:
We offer FREE even exchanges within 7 days of delivery - simply fill out our returns portal and we’ll send you a free prepaid label.
Online exchanges will be processed once we receive your item. If an item is not available in the size requested, we will automatically issue a store credit refund. Store credit is issued via Gift Card and can be used on any future purchase. Exchanges are processed for the discounted amount paid (if applicable).
Damaged Items:
If you believe your item is damaged or faulty, please contact us via email or phone within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll be glad to help!
Destyned Path is not responsible for damages that occur to merchandise outside of the store.
